1. From
city of Paducah- Continue on Lone Oak Road , past Lourdes
Hospital and K-mart. We are located on the right next to
Market place.
2. From
Highway 45 south or Mayfield- past Super value,
etc., go straight to stop light at Lakeview in front of
Market place and Kentucky Fried Chicken, make a left turn
then take the next left and follow to PMCP.
3. From
Interstate 24 West- Take Exit 7, make a left turn and
follow on Lone Oak Road as in No. 1.
4. From
the interstate 24 east- Take exit 7, past first
stop light, make a right onto Lone Oak Road and follow
directions as in No. 1 after K-mart.

are located at 108 Airway Drive near the intersection of
State Route 13 and State Route 148.
1. From
Marion or Interstate 58 -Take State Route 13 West to
intersection with State Route 148. Turn South (left) and
then turn immediately left onto Airway Drive to Pain Management
Center of Marion.
2. From
Carbondale - Take State Route 13 East to intersection
with State Route 148. Turn South (right) and then turn
immediately left onto Airway Drive to Pain Management Center
of Paducah.
3. From
Herrin - Take State Route 148 South just past intersection
with State Route 13 and turn left onto Airway Drive to
Pain Management Center of Marion.
