He graduated from The University of Health Sciences-College of Osteopathic Medicine (Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences). He completed his internship in Kansas City, Kansas at The University of Kansas Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics. Dr. Wargo completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas and completed his fellowship in Pain Management at The University of Texas-MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. In addition, he also received clinical practice at Medical Director, North Platte Surgery Center in North Platte, Nebraska, Medical Director of Interventional Pain Management, Great Plains Center for Pain Management in North Platte, Nebraska, Associate in anesthesiology and Interventional Pain Management, North Platte Anesthesia Associates, L.L.C. in North Platte, Nebraska, Assistant Professor, The Texas A&M University School of Medicine-Scott & White Clinic in Temple, Texas, Clinical Associate, Texas Pain and Spine Consultants in Bryan, Texas. Dr. Wargo has also been in private practice since the completion of his fellowship and is currently working in Paducah, Kentucky and Marion, Illinois. Dr. Wargo is a member of numerous professional societies and associations. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, the Kentucky Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and Illinois Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr. Wargo has also co-authored articles in scientific journals. |
