On behalf of the Pain Management Centers of America we thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room.

Read the below information regarding PMCA practice procedures that have changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic:

We will be re-opening PMCA at practice locations in Kentucky on Monday, May 4. Facilities in Indiana are open now. At this time, we will only be treating patients who are deemed a medically low risk. If you have been deemed high risk by your medical provider, your office will contact you by phone for information regarding your next appointment.

Patient and staff safety is of utmost importance. If you have experienced symptoms related to the COVID-19 virus including fever, have been exposed or have tested positive of the COVID-19 virus in the last 14 days, we ask that you remain home and contact the office where you receive treatment to discuss your care.

NO children will be allowed in the practice buildings. Only one visitor will be allowed to accompany you to your appointment and they may be asked to remain in their vehicle, if necessary. Staff will be at the practice entrance to obtain your temperature and ask questions regarding your COVID-19 status before allowing you to check-in. If you have a fever, you will be asked to return to your vehicle and staff will call you for further guidance. Upon entering the building you will be provided a mask and asked to sanitize your hands. You may be asked these questions pertaining to COVID-19 status multiple times during your appointment. We will request a working phone number to reach you or your driver when you check in.

If you have any questions, please call the practice where you receive treatment. Staff are available to return your call M-F 8-5pm.
